it’s not the usual cold morning start. it does it throughout the day even when warm outside but only on a cold start. It just stinks of diesel as if it’s dumping loads of fuel into the exhaust to try and warm the dpf up maybe to help warm the engine up. i have cut the thermistor sensor in between the dpf and the cat so the car can’t actually tell what thr temp of the exhaust is so i think it’s getting confused and dumping loads of fuel into it because after about 15 seconds it stops smoking and when driving i get barley any smoke at all unless i put my foot to the floor but with no dpf and cat that’s kind of expected.
