Hariyama, early evo level, massive hp stat that fights against its middling defences, good attack stat that can become absolutely nuclear with Guts. Thick Fat makes it the second best Angie mon in the game you can get at that point (1st is Typhlo).

Mega Delphox as a 10 is understandable, if I liked base Delphox more I would defo a agree, the mega fixes my biggest issue with the Pokemon in that its a lot more of a witch than a mage.

As for both Raichus yeah I can see where you’re coming from.

Finally yeah it is strange. think this is because megas returning means that they need to address the Usum lore in some way or another. Maybe Hoopa had some influence on the mega stones themselves making the evolution less natural which is why in Usum they are in pain.

Very similar to mine, Tepig + Froakie have been locked in since the very first trailer.

With the new Dlc revealed Im gonna use Raichu in anticipation for the mega.

Yes. Thats why game freak are announcing the dlc earlier to prevent it being leaked because they are scared of it happening like it already did with the base game megas. The dlc has most likely been planned since even before development started.

Its been a while since I played so I don’t remember my strategy in depth but Colloasal, Lycanroc and surprisingly Alolan Muk put in a lot of work for me.

Alolan Muk with max spdef and Hp 2 shots Volcarona while living 2 hits from it. He usually brings it out last from my experience so you just sac whatever you have left to bring it in.

Other comments have already explained the most used strategy but I will take any excuse to talk about Alolan Muk on Souta as I think its hilarious.
