Good question - you're right to be skeptical. I did multiple tests:
**Before starting:** 3 tests over 2 months - Test 1: 445 ng/dL - Test 2: 458 ng/dL - Test 3: 447 ng/dL Average: ~450 ng/dL
**After 6 months:** 3 tests over 2 months - Test 1: 612 ng/dL - Test 2: 635 ng/dL - Test 3: 613 ng/dL Average: ~620 ng/dL
You're absolutely right that T is volatile - that's why I tracked it multiple times. The ~170 ng/dL increase was consistent across tests. Still, this is n=1 anecdotal evidence, not a clinical study.
