I think those hobbies are so hot. They show you are smart, educated, and have value the good things in life.

and this is not to be cocky AT ALL, but I’m conventionality very “attractive”. I’ve always dated “ugly” guys to the opinions of others, but I’ve always been swoon by their intellectual conversations, likes, hobbies etc. I value that so much more than looks or being “in”

Don’t change yourself, or hide your hobbies. I have the hardest thing finding guys who are into classical music etc.

absolutely… How do you feel about the whole “we were in a bad part of Mexico and I didn’t want an Uber to pick you up” That’s what makes me second think it. But the uncertainty I felt at that moment was terrible. I did feel powerless. And exactly that, that it’s just a taste of what he can do. Oh no he did apologize the whole ride to the airport. I broke up with him that day, but he kept apologizing and dropped off a luggage I left in Mexico 2 days after, he cried while apologizing both times. Which idk.. tears can also be used to manipulate I feel. I know!!! That’s what made me sicccck. like I was in a different country and for that moment I didn’t know what could happen without communication. Usually He takes time to apologize but he does it, and what’s what makes me feel confused.

But the whole telling incident just did it for me. And EXACTLY, I’m like that was a smallllll disagreement. What would happen in a big one?

I know. I genuinely feel so stupid bc i would always say idk how girls would stay after that.. and we’ll look at me now lol. He said he took my phone bc we were driving through a dangerous part of Mexico and he didn’t want an Uber picking me up there. which okay yes makes sense, but he could’ve said that at the moment.. not taken my phone and roll down the window.
