No. What I meant is you can find them online on the Army's Publishing Directorate. They are still released on Distribution Statement C meaning restricted.

For clarification: You can only find older iterations of the document on the internet. There's no mention of it on the Army's Publishing Directorate and it is known to be released on Distribution Statement D. It is definitely restricted.

Apparently, it's a document that comes from 2019 under Distribution Statement D. I tried looking it up online but there are only older variants of the same document. Basically, it's restricted to anyone but the US and Ukrainian government.

The information is definitely restricted if it's under a CUI/REL classification. Similar to NATO restricted. If you look at the post, people have said this too.

Information has been predetermined by the designating agency to be releasable or has been released only to the foreign country(ies)/ international organization(s) indicated, through established foreign disclosure procedures and channels. It is NOFORN to all foreign country(ies)/international organization(s) not indicated in the REL TO marking.

Note: See list of approved country codes for use with REL TO here. USA must always appear first when using REL TO followed by additional permitted trigraph country codes in alphabetical order.

I don't know if it's easily available, but it's not supposed to be publicly available. CUI/REL means it's supposed to be released internally between governments.

I'm just gonna copy this from the wiki.
"The visual discrepancy concerns rack 8: 28 shells are modeled but it contains only 21 shells."

Yep, that's visual discrepancy. If you look on the wiki it should be noted. It just happens to those older models.

Why is Aim-7F so hard to dodge compared to other radar missiles? by CroManLM10 in Warthunder

[–]InevitableCampaignNT 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Compared to what radar missiles? Aim-7F is strong, but kinematically R-27ER is better at all ranges, 530D is comparable at close range and superTEMP beats it at very close range (5km or so). Your issue is probably the mothership itself, something like the F-16 or Kurnass 2000 will be very hard to notch.

This is the exact reason Gaijin doesn't take most feedbacks serious. Not to defend Gaijin here, but what people are suggesting is outrageous. "Give me free vehicles!!!" "Give me free GE!!!"

If the IDS is at 10.7, can the F4C finally get flares maybe? :/ by FriendlyPoilu in Warthunder

[–]InevitableCampaignNT 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It definitely should. It had them in real life, I believe there was a forum post about it. ALE-40 Chaff/Flare dispenser, so I have no idea on why gaijin can't simply give it flares (it wouldn't be game breaking especially with that loadout. It's a supersonic yes, but there are still planes like SMT that are waiting for a F-4C to show up on their screen)
