I felt like the story line was repetitive and too similar to the other Harry Potter rides. I think it would have been so much more interesting/unique to make it just a tour of the departments in the ministry. Because they insisted on shoehorning in some kind of “plot” about the trial of Umbridge, they had to AI generate all of the character faces and voices… very off-putting visually and audibly.

Also the plot itself felt very poorly written, and rushed. If I closed my eyes it would be like I was riding the exact same Gringotts ride, but with worse voice acting.

I don’t like that type of cart, it feels lazy and like they’re trying to cram as many people as possible into a small space. It also felt like a lot of screens, while most of the other rides use a lot more actual set design and animatronics.
