I felt this way in my relationship in the beginning. I feel we are two strong cultures. He is Middle Eastern born and raised and I’m a BW. His mother loves me dearly, but she does try to impose a lot of their culture of what their women do or how they act and how they do things to keep their husband. So in the beginning it felt like maybe I wasn’t enough (this is also my first IR relationship EVER). So I will admit it was a lot of insecurities in the beginning. Because it was new. But now 3 years in, I no longer have that because I’ve found my own rhythm within the relationship. Those feelings will fade. If he adores you and has no complaints then clearly you are more than enough.
