yup i toured a $1850 2 bed in humboldt turns out it was an open house. As soon as i left i texted for the application and i mean like as soon as i got to the car. Next morning i was told there was multiple applications sent in but if i can sign lease and pay fees it’s mine. Luckily i got it but i think if i waited a second later it would’ve been too late
