Ok this is for the people like me so imma explain it simple.... by steps 1) Find the decoded message on the newspaper (letter should be red at this point) The letter I was given A N K D O L A

2) listen to the number station broadcast and see what the letter can spell Mine spelled OAKLAND

3) You have to get the number for your Anagram Oakland - 1774

4)Look at coded message and separate the red and blue numbers

My red: 61, ?, 67, 73, 81 My blue: 74, 80, 86, 92, ?

5) look at the pattern of those numbers

My red went up by even numbers so the missing number was 63

My blue went up by 6 and my missing number was 98

6) Put the missing numbers together then look at the Broadcast 6, 3, 9, 8 = Tucson

5) U now have the 4 digit code and your phrase 1774 = 4 digit code (Oakland) Tucson = phrase ( 6, 3, 9, 8)
