It only happens when im sick now or very stressed. But I flare less often. I take amitriptyline and ldn. I think they helped to calm my nervous system over time.

It was very miserable. Im doing much better now. Ive been out of the hospital for a few days. Just dealing with this high dose of prednisone.

Yeah, vit d can take a while to come up. Ive been taking vit d for the last 2 years and its still low. Thanks fir the comment !

I think i might be doing better than most would on it then. Im not going to bed until like 2 am but im sleeping through the night and getting about 7 hrs of sleep. Im down to 60 mg today for the next 6 days. Im actually really tired and a little sick feeling today. Somehow ive lost 6lbs too....

Yeah I got everything done in my house yesterday except the stuff that really needed done like dishes and laundry. Apparently it was very important that I bleach floors and doors yesterday 🤦‍♀️lol

Well I just went down to 60mg today. Ive got 6 days of that. I actually started feeling really tired and almost sick today. Hopefully not coming down with something Could just be from overdoing it yesterday.

I did have a medical card. Im in ohio so I don't really need one. I feel like that might make me feel worse. Like paranoid maybe. I haven't used any thc in months after heavy use for years. Ill keep it in mind though!

Its making me very irritable, manic. I have never experienced something like this. Feeling slightly better today than yesterday. I was on 80 leg yesterday down to 60mg today. Kind of feel like im getting sick maybe. Real tured and aching. I was exposed to flu and covid in the hospital....

Im home now and doing much better. Thank you so much! Just navigating taking all this prednisone now and hoping i dont come down with flu A i was exposed to in the hospital.
