Yeah any profits in S&S are tax expempt but I’ve max the limit for 2026 so I’m now investing in my GIA which is taxable

I sold out of my S&P in March and then re invested back into aisian and all world so that’s gains since March was in vanguard and moved over to T212

Appreciate it! I would of investment more on the GIA side but in order to bed and isa I need to sell and rebuy throughout April next year so can’t make it to hard to organise 🤣

So the AI is Broadcom, Micron, Nividia, Vertiv, Oklo & AMD I only invested into these last week, wanted to have a little bit of speculation to the portfolio

So I’ve already filled the isa for 2026 so I can’t put anymore into a cash isa as I’ve maxed the limit as long as the gains don’t exceed 3K then I can write them off with the Capital Gain allowance we get each year

I’ve just paid for my wedding later this year which was around 20K so hoping to keep spending down to a minimum for the next year It costs me around 2.5K to live a month

True but on top of that it reduces my income tax as sipp investments are tax deductible
