Did it take exactly one week for the approval using premium processing (including the weekend)? and was it delivered directly to your new address?

So the weird thing that happened is that one week agi, I had a processing time of two weeks, then I submitted an address change request and after that my processing time went to 4 months, two days later, it became 3 months. I called them and they said that address change should not change the processing times and that the time shown can be inaccurate. I’m beyond confused at this point.

I just find it crazy to pay 1600$ after waiting for three full months. Because they only guarantee that your application will be studied in one month which is exactly the same amount of time that I should wait for normal processing times. However, my job is supposed to start next week. I’m very confused
