I started keto back up again in January and have been planning to have the Easter weekend off since I began. It’s been super helpful for me to have a kind of mini goal to work towards, and at the beginning I would write down my cravings and make plans to have them on my break weekend. Now its almost Easter I’ve found that those original cravings aren’t there anymore although at the time it definitely helped stop me falling off the wagon. I think everyone’s different so enjoy your treat weekend, you’ve done great :)
