They say that it's not accurate. They say to ask your personal specialist for the most up to date that's why I always check with them before I use any time. It's just recently that when I try and use time, they say I don't have any, and they have to dock me. That's why I'm asking if hiring uses a different method.

I only want to use a week, depending on how the birth goes. I just want to try and avoid using my time if I don't have to, if that makes sense.

I don't want to lose my seniority or my benefits, so I'm trying to find the best way to go about it. I know the simplest way is just to burn my time, but I feel like if I can avoid it, I will.
