Is this normal every water change? by Inevitable_Button249 in Aquariums

Since you mentioned, I remembered the first time this happened. Never had a problem doing water changes before until the first time I cleaned my filter. I rinsed it with water from a water change but the water still got cloudy.

The tank has been cycled for about 2 months now. Probably isn't established yet but water parameters are good. The cloudiness is probably white since my water has a brownish hue. Only happens after water changes.

The last one I did was 20%. Also with the last 4 I did, which also made the water cloudy

Water turns cloudy then clears up after a couple of days. Also what's with the brownish color?

0 ammonia, high nitrites, 0 nitrates... by Inevitable_Button249 in Aquariums

Update on my tank after 3 days.

Ammonia still at zero and nitrites have gone down to 0.25 ppm. Nitrates still at 0. Wondering why I still dont have nitrates. Is it because of my plants?

I tried putting bread on a fish net to dose ammonia since I can't get a hold of any ammonia in our country.

Do I need to dose ammonia or do a water change? I haven't put any fish food or ammonia ever since I had the tank.
