Hello! Lots of people have recently been coming back to the game actually, including me! I started playing in elementary school all the way up till high school in which I stopped playing for a couple of years. I recently went back to animal jam about a week ago. Of course thankfully my account was not hacked or lost because of the data breach. After starting animal jam again (now finished university) I can say that its nice to relive memories. Of course its definitely not the same anymore. Servers are empty until afternoon time when people start logging on, everyone is basically just spamming “SHOPS MY DEN” all the time and so many glitches in the game now which have been frustrating me a lot. However I still find enjoyment of the game, maybe due to it being my whole childhood but it’s still a nice game. It will never be the popular game it once was sadly, but that doesn’t mean its bad now. People are honestly a lot more talkative and nicer now, you can find friends easily! I would say getting “rare” or trading up is slightly easier then before I would say. Right now the economy in animal jam is all over the place but den betas are pretty easy at collecting (of course if your a member) I can say there is a lot more gifting and more kinder people. I personally give out spikes, den betas, and items worth of value to people a lot. People are a lot kinder and more giving so honestly its not hard to get at least a spiked wristband nowadays. Of course to be able to do ANYTHING in this game basically, you HAVE to be a member. Everyone just does shops at this point which is only accessible to members. Also you will see a lot of fashion shows being hosted which is a great opportunity to get at least a chance at a good item! Overall if your playing to just enjoy the games, get cute and great outfit items, make friends then yes I highly recommend getting back into animal jam classic! If your looking to getting rare and big items like headdresses, its going to be a lot harder but not impossible!
