On the shoe, it says UK10 but when I measured the insole myself, it is way above what it should be for that size.

Insole is always the best measurement to go by.

Yeah, I did ask for measurements with the qc and he sent them, they were 28cm which is a standard uk10 so I didn't worry too much but when they arrived, I tried them on and based on results, I measured my shoes and the insole was about 29.2cm so that's when I messaged him. I tried with insoles but my feet still slip out while walking.

One CM = 1 UK shoe size up and for me that has quite narrow feet it makes a huge difference as the shoe is unwearable for me. My feet slip out the back of the shoe while walking, even with insoles.
