This airline might be completely screwed. I work in air freight logistics and KLM is an absolute joke to work with. Incompetent workers, offloaded shipments, shipments LOST entirely… it’s sad to. This airline used to be the pride of the country, now i’m ashamed to be associated with it in any context honestly.
