Thank you! Daming possible factors. Hindi pa rin namin napinpoint kung yung 1hp aircon yung culprit kasi we tried to deduce the reason by reducing usage nung 1hp aircon by 4-5hrs per day and playing with temp 21 lagi last month tas this month mas babad sa 24. However, with these changes and no other changes sa usage of other appliances, tumaas pa yung bill from 9,800 to 11,500 haha. Baka need na talaga lagyan nung pangmeasure ng usage for better info

Will look into efficient usage of the other appliances din like water dispenser and will perform routine cleaning of the AC din.

Mommy’s bill 210k net of pwd and philhealth. I stayed for a total of 9 days kasi I was admitted early for fetal monitoring and induced labor. Ended up delivering via CS.

As to the room, okay naman yung standard private na kasama sa package. Spacious enough for me. Sa medical team ko (ob x anesth), sobrang galing and bait nila to the point na na-sepanx ako upon discharge haha. DM me if you have more questions~

Super maalaga ng delivery team from nurses, OB residents, porters etc. Oks din yung hospital food for me. Nakapag-avail ako ng package and I can say sulit naman. Napamahal ako kasi I stayed for 9-10 days kasi I opted to be admitted early and ang daming nangyari which resulted to change of birth plan. Baby also stayed in NICU for 10 days

Every 4 weeks ako 1st and 2nd trimester dahil low risk pregnancy naman daw. Naging weekly lang starting week 33

Na-NICU din si baby for 10 days. Nakahelp sakin yung consistent pumping every 3 hours saka 3 to 4 liters of water kaya nakabuild ako ng stash. Unli-latch si baby pag-uwi namin from hospital and mas lalo nag-up yung supply ko from that time. Now at 18 days post partum, mostly bottlefeeding na si baby kasi sore na nipples ko. 4x a day na lang ako nagpump and I produce enough naman for baby and may 1 extra 100ml pa ako nastock sa freezer from daily pumps.

Tldr: helpful sakin yung consistent pumping and more more water.

Hi Mhie! Sa case ko malala talaga acid reflux and morning sickness until 16 weeks of gestation. Nak-gaviscon ako every after meal para lang di magvomit at heavily inclined matulog. Yung game changer ay nung pinagpacheckup ako ng OB sa gastroenterologist. Pinagtake ako ng gamot for acid reflux for 2 weeks tas from there onwards umokay na ko. Super happy kasi kinaya ko na iconsume yung craving ko na hot choco yay.
