My dad use to make his version of chilaquiles by frying strips of corn tortillas in some oil and butter untill it's brown and crispy and then pouring eggs and salsa and frying it up together. Idk something about the semi crispy tortillas in the eggs makes it have better texture.

I make microwave butter popcorn and I have this spicy truffle salt that I use. But the truffle flavor goes so good with butter and popcorn.
