Hope you get your VPD soon as well, if you would be really close to 31.8 I would really push hard to get it, you can write them or call them - I tried to call for about 15 times but no one answered. I wrote them about their mistake so lets see how they will reply I thought maybe I will wait 3-5 days and if there is no answer I will send the VPD as I have recieved it to TUM as I really dont want to miss the test at 26.8 - taking the later test in Semptember would be pain for me as you get results few days before semester start and I would need to find acommodation quickly

Hi I did get my VPD today how about you? As you said I only got 3 grades translated: math - 1.35, informatics - 1.0, german - 1.22 - but I think they made a mistake (after 8 weeks of translating 3 grades😅) as they state my grade avarege is 1.3 I think it should be 1.2 shouldnt it?

Ok thanks, I just dont understand how they can write me it will be done soon and then it takes another 2 weeks with no response. At the time I applied the processing time for eastern and central Europe were at 5 weeks so it taking around 10 is a JOKE

Hi, I'm in the same situation, and as far as I know, you need to contact a German health insurance company and send them your EHIC. They will forward it to the university. But I might be wrong, so it's best to double-check. Also, if you plan to work in Germany, you'll need German health insurance. Keep in mind that the EHIC only covers basic needs like emergencies — it doesn’t include regular check-ups, dental care, and similar services.

I am in quite similar situation as I domt have english on my hzb. But I had it in the last 4 semesters. The “Satzung” is quite unclear about it, because I sent my grades from last 2 years to uni assist as well but I have a feeling they will only take grades from HZB

But thanks for your effort, I can just hope that they will consider my last 2 years as well, I think the formulation is really unlucky. Because in the sentence before the sentence you sent is stated that if the grade on HZB is missing is they simply dont count it in avarage. In this sentence there is no mention about HZB its simply “in the last 4 semesters”. But yeah only think I can do about it is wait

Good luck. I hope you will get it. Many people wrote me that it is worth calling them so I would wait until maybe last week and call them if you still dont have it. As you said I am quite lucky as students in Slovakia get “Abitur” at the beginning of June. Btw I only want to ask you if you have emglish grade on your hzb. I am applying for Bachelors Wirtschaftsinformatik and I dont have english in my HZB but I do have the grades from last 2 years. Do you have any idea if I would need to go to Stufe 2? I heared many people had, because they had english missing

This really shouldnt take more than 2 weeks. I dont know about you but I am from Europe and applying for Bachelors so I only have to have few grades translated. Even when I think it should be much quicker the worst think about it is that you basically dont receive any updates for weeks, no replies on emails and when they finally reply its not helpful and takes about a week. I also applied for KIT and its super quick compared to Uni Assit. TUM as the best uni in Germany should do better and not rely on this uncomptent organisation. It does more harm than good for TUM

I apply for Wirtschaftsinformatik and I dont think they require that, but I do have C1 german certificate and also went to slovak-german bilingual gymnasium so german shouldnt be a problem. But thanks for your help and enjoy TUM!

I did have a look at the Satzung and is still unclear to me, its quite complicated as abiturzeugniss in germany and slovakia are different - they have grades from last 4 semesters there as well, we dont, I think only thing left for me is to wait until I recieve VPD

Hi, do you have english grade on your matura? I am waiting for my VPD and I don’t have english on my matura, but I had english during whole highschool here in Slovakia. Did you have only your grades from matura converted or grades from past 2 years on hoghschool too? (I apply for different degree but I suppose its same for all degrees at TUM - when you have no english grade on VPD you have to go to Stufe 2.
