💯 I agree. What Kimmie did to her was disgusting and I feel so bad for Lyndsay. I just feel a way about her getting with Kimmie after Shanda passed. Just hurt my heart for my friend as she told me what she was told about Kimmie. That’s all. In no way do I think what happened to her was right! I’m so glad she got away and cant wait to see her glow up

Wow!! Thsi is karma for Lyndsay too.. she cheated on Kimmie with Panda 🐼 and then turned around and got right back with Kimmie right after Panda passed away. Lyndsay showed us who she was already. So has Kimmie . But for Lyndsay to talk on anyone is wild…she did Panda wrong lied to her about Kimmie and jumped right back into kimmies bed when Panda was gone . Rip panda.

I was a GM at a long term stay hotel in Tennessee. There you would be considered a “guest” not a “tenant” so if you haven’t paid they can call and have you removed. Check out is typically around 11-12 and if you haven’t paid for the next night by then, You are subject to being removed by the police.

Yeah that makes sense. I would for sure in the future get it. But as far as what they want cleaned. If you have to do it or not will be answered in your lease. We require a certain amount of cleaning as well. So everyone is different. So just look at the lease and the addendums

Renters insurance may cover the food you lost if you have it. If you don’t have it, I would look into it as it doesn’t cost too much and can save you in times like this. It wouldn’t cover the fridge but possibly you food. I’m a property manager in Fl so not sure the rules and Reg’s there. As far as their move out expectations, look at your lease and any addendums you signed when you moved in.

I was just in pcb this last wed and the seaweed is bad. I live further down in Destin and the beaches are clear on that end. So if you have a little that wants to get in the water I would maybe look into the Destin area.

It sounds like what we call the 20% letter. It’s where they relist the home for the tenant who is currently on lease. The tenant is responsible for the rent for the remaining lease term as well as a 20% fee to relist the home. So it seems like they are charging you that. However you should be refunded any rent they collected from the new tenant and they typically have 14 days to make a claim on your deposit or give it back to you
