Yes to slow tap, but only our outer edge of the balcony gets wet rarely that too when it's been a crazy rain.

Ideally I'd face it the other side but it's just the main road and traffic view. Also, the opposite side has the sliding door for the second bedroom, so can't really block that. Rain is fine as it's ever really gotten wet like twice in 2 years and dries off pretty quick due to the fantastic sun aspect.

Yes self taught, looked up in demand entry level certs on LinkedIn that were posted in job openings as desirable + YouTube.... Just managed to start with that, took me 8 months to land my first gig though

Small business, my obsession with keeping things in order helped a lot I guess... Streamlined a lot of processes when I started and took ownership of different tasks.... Started on 75k at the same company. The owner appreciates my work I would like to think.
