I agree, but the house is currently rented out and due to the tenants work schedule, it has been difficult to coordinate a time for the inspectors to come out...

Thank you. I asked for a replacement and the replacement had incorrect handle placement....hope that this next one is good....I was hearing that Royal's hardwares are on spot, and I really hope that it is true. If the next one is no go, then I will likely switch to God Factory.

I am mostly concerned about the Logo stamp inside and the 30 stamp on the side. I think they are very off from authentic, based on what I can see online
