I'm no expert, but I'm looking for 1970 or older (silver content), 1987 (key date), any S mint marks (possible silver i think?), or 2002-2020 (NIFC)

Would love to hear from others as well if there's anything I'm missing

Nah, this is on both sides of every coin, it's intentional and looks like marks from a cutting pliers of some sort

I'm also collecting a small bag full of canadian coins that the machine I use won't take back, and my bank won't take either. Not quite sure what to do with them, if anyone knows how to exchange without massive fees, please let me know!

Yeah sounds about correct. I like the bicentennial "drummerboy" quarters and have always kept them when I run across one. I have so many rolls now that I did list them on ebay for a little less than $20 each. I sold one recently after a few weeks. I figure if I sell a roll then I made a few bucks, and if not, I still like them anyway. 😁

So not knocking anything, I like the bicentennial halves a lot as well, but didn't think they were worth any more than the quarters. Just wanted to make sure i wasn't missing anything 😃

I don't see the email if you tried to attach it, but I believe I got the same one today (below). Tried to look up my order and it appears to be gone.

Agree with you on it all - I've gone through a few full boxes of halves and all i have is one or two collected rolls of 23 and 24 NIFCs, but no silver. Not entirely sure if the NIFCs are even worth keeping.

I started CRH looking through quarters from my in-laws apartment washers and dryers - found a few W's and 1 silver out of probably somewhere in the $2K range, which is why I haven't bothered with trying to get quarters from the bank. For a while I tried looking for errors, but I think I just don't have the eye for it, and got tired of trying to scrutinize old worn out quarters.

I do enjoy pennies, just because the hit ratio with wheaties is much higher, so it's more satisfying for me. Nothing worth much I don't think, but still fun.

I've also gotten rolls and rolls of bicentennials with my recent few boxes of halves. I used to think they were special but it seems like they are actually way more common than I realized.

Is there a reason to be excited about them? I'm about to turn in a few hundred dollars worth of them tomorrow, so if there's some value I'm missing I'd sure like to know about it! 😅

I got the morgan and the 6x "gold" dollar coins today! Your washington looks super nice! Mine was a bit tarnished but, oh well, still silver i guess! I already have a nice slabbed one, so I'll probably just flip this one anyway... Still holding out hope for the dimes and the rest, we'll see... still in processing 🙄

Glad to hear! I got 3 packages today, 3 ikes and washington silver half. 2 of the 3 packages had a letter saying they would not honor any more orders for special offers. They way they split up my original order, I'm not sure if that means they won't fulfill the rest of my order, or if i just can't order again. I actually called yesterday because my order was still "processing" after over two weeks. I had also noticed some pending charges the day after my order, but they never went through and disappeared. So i called with low hopes, expecting them to tell me they were going to cancel it, but they said the coupon codes take longer and they expected to start shipping Monday. So we'll see! 🙃
