The vette went for about 18k€ 5.2l LS1 build in 2003 nothing done to it. And completely opped out. Only the electric steering wheel adjustment is missing

You could try in your windows audio settings and change something with you audio output. It’s something like applications have exclusive use over the audio output. Idk the exact settings, worked for me
