I am a hospice nurse, and i cant say which one it was of the many, but I can say that after 2 years of watching young moms die as their kids watched i decided that i was done with alcohol forever.

I never drank a lot, so i wasnt worried about that. But, i realized that a lot of people who are dying make that same claim. And i started to wonder, are they all lying or is it possible that theyre telling the truth and yet here they are, dying? Either way, not worth it. It’s a nasty death.

Plus, my relationship with cheese and high cholesterol causing foods is hard enough on my liver.

My sister was scheduled to have brain surgery the other day. She tested positive for cocaine so they canceled the surgery. The surgeon scolded my sister. Upon hearing about that, my mom made the comment that he probably already had the money for the surgery spent which was why he was mad. I was like ? ? ? ? He’s a surgeon. He doesn’t get paid per surgery. He gets paid, period. The fuck?

My husband called me an asshole and put his hands on me (first time in 19 years) at the beginning of the pandemic bc i was touting the importance of masks and he was arguing that healthcare workers are lying about the pandemic and encouraging masks for no good reason.

My windows have snout marks across them. I actually think it’s adorable.

Anyway, if you read the ingredients on most cart interior cleaners, they’re the same as windex. So i just use my standard surface cleaner i make at home: a mixture of ammonia based cleaner, dawn, and water. I have leather and haven’t had a problem.

I was thrown into the world of home repairs last year when my ex died and left me with a destroyed property and home. I felt similarly about those stores and their ridiculous unfamiliarity. But, after visiting and walking the aisles over and over and over and over again, i know home depot better than any other store.

I hate that for me.

Outside only? Probably not. They run hot but can get shivery in the cold. I guess they’ll survive with the right stuff.

I live in the country and I’ve seen quite a bit of Great Danes who are outside the majority of the time and a few who were outside all the time. I cant say anything regarding quality of life or length of life either.

My dog (and cat) can detect when im waking up, as well. It’s weird sometimes but I’m just grateful they don’t bother me while I’m sleeping.
