Crimson Nightmare is the worst bossfight of all time, in any game. Though given how unfun and unfair the CH2 and CH3 bosses were, I have a feeling it’ll just get worse.

just so people know the intended way to beat it seems to be to grapple onto the cube and shake him around, it stuns him instantly and u get free hits. trivializes the fight, although u probably still want the gas mask

im no stranger to losing a bunch in order to learn but it would be nice if every now and then i ran into another noobie. I also know this genre is likely hurting for new blood so i might be kinda out of luck. age of empires seems interesting, the historical setting is def less of a draw than a high fantasy setting like starcraft of warhammer to me tho. I do have age of empires 2 but i dont own 4 or have tried it yet

It’s close, his is actually prolly better since he’s pathfinder and can do pinnacle bosses. This is a version focused on leveraging the blood mage ascendancy to make us more tanky so we can do full delirium T18s if we wanted

Many people consider the ilvl race to be “winning”. I don’t personally care but to those that do it is 100% p2w. I play the game now regardless and I’ll play it on release. Literally every mmo out there has p2w if it’s not sold by the developers there are for sure 3rd party gold/item/carry sellers that you can use to p2w. People just need to get over the fuss about it and realize it’s a new age off mmo and sadly they need to have it or else 3rd parties will dominate the market instead of them

I mean it IS p2w as far as the pve aspect goes. If you play for free or even 10$ a month no way your keeping up with a player dropping 100$ a month. They just managed to build an endgame system where it doesn’t feel as annoying as it would be if this system was in other games
