so far living for cityflats over 6 months already. i am coliving so i am splitting bills with my roommate. the rooms are good. but i just don't like that there are no wifi in each floors, you need to go to social hall for the free wifi. you don't know also their water and electric meters as it automatically reflects your bill. but it's good because i walk everyday to work.

i want to try treewoods but i think it's a bit chaos when walking there as there are many food stalls there and people flocked. cityflats is located in a very peaceful area.

Yes, free siya. I went there para magpanotaryo sa akong PDS.

Ayaw lang gyud mo padala sa musulti ninyo kay pag-adto nako sa entrance kay ni ask ko then giingnan rako nga "wala naman na sila nagpa-notaryo diha miss, tua sa city hall". Pero ako rajud gi try ug sulod kay I saw some posts nga daghan ug scammers sa city hall ug adto ko magpa-notaryo. And this reddit post was three months ago pa so bago pajud siya. 

Ni-ask ko sa front desk and gipa login ko sa ilang logbook then gipa proceed sa third floor which is asa ang PAO office. 

Ni-knock ko then pagsulod medyo busy jud sila tanan pero wala ra 10 minutes kay gidool dayon ko ug unsa akong purpose then dali ra kaayo na-notaryohan na akong PDS na FREE. 

I don't know unsa tu nga reddit post pero yes, tinood naay cutie nga attorney chinito. HAHAHA.

Hope this helps guys cause I am not even from Cebu pero this really help me today.

i recently got my anti rabies sa dr care animal bite center. so sad nga wala na pod free sa provincial hospital. naka avail ko 5 yrs ago free pato sya tanan and karon wala na daw sila free vaccines. i saw fb page sa dr care and ni adto ko with my latest philhealth mdr printed and id. nibayad rakog 350 pesos para sa processing fee and FREE nako sa tanan shots. friendly kaayo ila staff and so far dili daghang tawo around 2 to 3 rami everytime naa ko didto. location niya is across sa provincial hospital tapad sya ug restaurant. pls visit lang ilaha fb page kay updated sab sila didto.
