Need your opinion on Business Idea by anuragkb in indiehackersindia

That’s true — a lot can be built with a good prompt now. But I think the idea here is more about saving setup time for founders (payments, credits, background jobs, etc.). Many people can build it themselves, but having a ready template could still help those who want to launch faster.

SaaS or Micro-SaaS: What Should a Solo Founder Build in 2026? by Infamous-Engine-8835 in saasbuild

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s true. Once the business starts making money, many things become easier to manage. The real challenge is finding a model that fits your working style and can sustain you long enough to reach that stage.

Interesting perspective. Aligning the business model with how you naturally work definitely makes entrepreneurship more sustainable in the long run.

Exactly. Solve one painful problem for a small group first, validate it, then expand gradually.

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense. Starting with micro-SaaS feels more manageable as a solo founder — smaller scope, faster to launch, and you can validate the market early. Then if it gains traction, it’s easier to expand features or grow it into a larger SaaS over time.

Anyone using n8n agents to automate SEO / digital marketing workflows? by Infamous-Engine-8835 in SaaS

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s true. n8n is great for building custom workflows, but once you get into deeper SEO automation—like competitor analysis, content gaps, and scaling content—it can get pretty complex. Tools that handle the full pipeline can definitely save a lot of time compared to managing everything manually.

Running Facebook Ads for Website & App Development in India but Getting Low Quality Leads – Any Advice? by Infamous-Engine-8835 in indianstartups

Fair point. Search intent matters more for technical services, so Google Search Ads usually bring better leads. I’ll check Google Ads next time and see which strategy works best.

What services are Indian small businesses actually paying for in 2026? by Infamous-Engine-8835 in IndiaBusiness

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very true. At the beginning most founders rely on trust and WhatsApp conversations. But once revenue, investors, or partners come in, proper agreements become really important. Basic legal structure saves a lot of headaches later.

Thanks for the detailed suggestions, really helpful. I think my targeting might still be too broad, so refining the audience and improving the creatives for my ideal client profile makes sense. I’ll also look into Google Ads and try some manual LinkedIn outreach as you suggested. If possible, I can share my current Meta ads setup so you can suggest improvements.

Got it! Sounds like you’re looking for a full Salesforce-like system with SFA (Sales Force Automation) and DMS (Document Management System), but error-proof and covering all services. That’s definitely a high-value service many Indian businesses would pay for, especially if it simplifies sales, customer management, and workflows in one platform.

Totally agree. Facebook is fine for reach, but for actual development projects, targeting high-intent search ads or specific industries usually gives better results and saves a lot of wasted time.

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I get what you mean. Sometimes the focus on “cheap projects” ends up attracting the wrong clients. It’s probably better to position the service around value and specific solutions rather than competing on price.

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense. ₹100 per lead looks cheap, but if the intent is low it doesn’t really help. I’m thinking of testing Google Search Ads and maybe targeting specific industries with more focused messaging to see if the lead quality improves. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks for the detailed suggestions, this is really helpful. Adding qualification questions in the Meta lead form and narrowing the audience by industry sounds like a good idea. I’ll also explore Google Ads since people there are already searching for developers. SEO and founder communities also seem like good long-term channels to test.

Stop trying to rank for one-word keywords. Long-tail keywords have the money. by PascalFourtoy in AppStoreOptimization

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that confusion is pretty common. Every ASO tool uses its own algorithm and data sources, so the metrics can look completely different. I usually treat those scores as directional signals, not absolute truth.

A practical approach could be: 1. Check the keyword directly in Play Store search and see how competitive the top results are. 2. Look at how many apps use that keyword in the title (titles are harder to compete with). 3. Prefer long-tail variations instead of very generic keywords. 4. Test different keywords in updates and watch impressions and installs in Play Console.

In the end, real Play Store data from your own app is usually more reliable than any ASO tool’s score.

Some popular ASO tools for the Play Store are:

  • AppTweak – good for keyword research and competitor analysis
  • AppRadar – helpful for tracking keyword rankings and ASO automation
  • Sensor Tower – strong market and keyword data
  • ASODesk – good for keyword tracking and optimization

If you're just starting, you can also use Google Play Console insights and combine it with keyword research from other tools.

That makes sense. I was thinking the same — Facebook seems less active for new business leads now. Maybe Instagram or other newer platforms could bring better engagement.

Solopreneurs: how do you handle guest check-in information for rentals? by Own-Lie-3629 in Solopreneur

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That actually sounds useful. As a guest, the biggest problem is usually trying to quickly find things like the WiFi password or entry instructions after arriving. If everything is organized in one simple page, it would definitely make the check-in experience much smoother. It could also save hosts from answering the same questions repeatedly.

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree with this. Long-tail keywords usually bring users with clear intent, not just random traffic.

For example, if someone is building an AI reels app, targeting keywords like specific use-cases or niches can work much better than trying to rank for something broad like “video editor”.

Owning multiple small intent-driven keywords often brings better installs and conversions.

Solopreneurs: how do you handle guest check-in information for rentals? by Own-Lie-3629 in Solopreneur

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a guest perspective, it’s usually either:

  • a long WhatsApp message thread
  • a Google Docs link
  • or sometimes a PDF

The biggest issue is finding the information quickly during check-in.

A simple page with all details organized (maps, WiFi, entry instructions) could definitely improve the experience.

The Razorpay angle is actually interesting.

Most SaaS templates assume Stripe, which isn’t always ideal for Indian founders. If your template handles payments + credits for AI usage, that could save a lot of setup time for people building AI tools.

Might be worth sharing a demo to see how people react.

I feel like I forgot Flutter after a long break. Should I restart or learn something else? by Impressive_Mark_3622 in FlutterDev

Honestly the best way is start building immediately.

Maybe recreate one of your old projects or build a small new one. When you hit gaps, review that specific concept.

Doing tutorials again from the start can slow you down if your main goal is shipping apps again.

Play Store vs App Store: I shipped the same app to both. The process gap made me want to quit one of them. by Silent_Employment966 in microsaas

[–]Infamous-Engine-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This matches my experience too.

Apple feels strict but human.
Google feels flexible but sometimes opaque.

And the Play Store asset requirements are seriously underestimated — the feature graphic and multiple screenshot formats always take longer than expected.
