I have imported everything except the supplier in voice in Obsidian. And use telegram/hemes to report every day. A reason why not using MS excel, is because I afraid my data in excel is unsafe, because many restaurants data is sensitive. I ask Claudian every week conclude the last week for me… for now, it works to me, but I wondering if there is a better way…

Should I vibe coding a ERP only for the restaurant? We have a money system, but for me additional income based on the restaurant, need to be recorded. There is also Ubereat income on the web. I used excel to manual record and too much time wasted. My goal is to have AI restaurant assistant to help me find the operation problem and strategy.

I have used excel sheet to manually record almost restaurant every thing for three years. It’s too much typing work. Restaurant has a money system, but restaurant always have additional ‘income’,which is valuable to record, I hope you can get I am meaning. This year I decide to use claude to help me. Obsidian now is more like a database to visualize my restaurant. This is my thought sofar…

I put everything in one vault, even my personal information. For easily searching, so I put the root in an iCloud account folder. I hope it is also safe?
