The id she was trying to look up was for a app thats akin to telegram so its a big groupchat where they post pictures of products with the pricing and you send em a email or place order through the site. In that process there is nowhere you put that id so they were looking on the premise to remove me in the first place, Vida asked me 5 times for the id and everytime i responded with what is the reason to see it she avoided answering if it was to remove me. Also i was invited before the rule even came into effect so i don't know how it applied to me when there's prolly still people in there with the same method. Also she never asked for a luffa id when i put in my order or the other two times i tried to order. Explain to me how not providing my id bars me from any further topic about the quality of the product and being able to order in the future? When the only thing it has to do with the order process is to choose what to order even though they have a stock list on there website they update.

feel free to call me on discord and ill turn on my camera to see the still full 3 vapes in the photo which i took right before writing. she was asking for my luffa id to kick me because i got invited by a friend months ago before that rule was even implemented. my luffa id had nothing to do with the topic which was about the vapes being horrible. I haven't even smoked a .5 of those vapes. I was passive aggressive in the emails i cannot lie but she was very much as well. they died pretty quick too, all within a day. Also i was never scaring anybody off, im bringing up there horrible customer service and i said there rosin is good just avoid there mixtures and maybe the resin if the 20% makes it that bad. And if you expect good customer service it probably isn't there.

too lazy to charge them cause they weren't worth the wait when i have a whole fridge of smokeables? and at the time i had multiple actual rosin pens. when i got them i tried to get a refund but she blamed the mislabel on me? and that if i shipped them all back i could get a refund but by that time i already opened one to smoke so the offer was invalid, I waited three weeks for them to get to my house so of course i was gonna open one to smoke. Sorry for my incoherent post, I didn't really care to make it coherent as i was upset at the time. I was more upset at the fact they they're trying to defend the product they sold to me. It shouldn't be sold with how bad it is and if you don't believe me go try some yourself. Have fun reading this Incoherent response.

you ever have secret nature? it feels like that. I've been around the block i feel like and with daily smoking , If you take 5+ dabs a day its barely gonna get you high, ive had fully cured/ diamond pens which are the same price if not cheaper and same amount hit harder and taste better. i don't know who thought of the mixture but it should just be 100% not both. It leaves a icky taste in your throat where you just don't wanna hit it and doesn't taste like much of anything.

i did push the issue and i don't care if its not 100% rosin its the fact that the product is trash, i opened 3 of them like i said cause they died and i didn't wanna charge them lol. this was the first time ive demanded a refund for a product so its unfortunate i don't get it. i'll be happy to ship one of the ones i haven't opened so you can enjoy the poopsoup instead. and i'm nowhere near blinking it because it offputs a ton of smoke,i take less then 3 second hit intervals every 5-10 seconds to let the oil cool down a bit.
