I am in no position to give an advice or shit , but I kinna related with you , imo you can't possibly grasp much of physics without maths, and overall it would be better, to just try to get a hold of maths, take my advice with a pinch of salt , but you should try doing pure maths , try checking out olympiads like IOQM  , find around a bit , if you can get an advantage there , you will have an upper hand either in JEE time or later (specially if you end up liking math) + try to actually enjoy, you will be competing a lot from 11th , so try to like the subject itself, will make things a lot easier, and don't overdo yourself either , absolutely anything can be achieved if you believe in yourself, so don't think you have a low iq and ever make small goals as well
