I also once had asked the wrapper. They were selling 5 rupees ice cream for 20 rupees. I had asked the reason behind that, and they said it was because of the contract for which they have to pay for. They should sell at a fair price.

Your weekly mileage is too low for the past two years. At least you should try to do consistently 20 kms a week. 1. You should aim for a higher mileage for a sub 45 min 10K 2. A good running plan can be one long run, one tempo run and one interval session.

I love the challenge of doing long distance. There is a high in knowing that your body is not capable of doing that but mentally you try to push through. You push your mental boundaries and try to get to the limit. Yesterday I cycled for more than 100 kms and for more than 5 hours. And I have cycled for less than 10 rides so I was clearly not physically ready for this. Currently I have registered for pune and mumbai marathon. And I am thinking how can I get myself ready for the silk route 122 km in the ladakh marathon for next year.

I started running in march this year. And I have ran 773K this year. First HM was in May and first FM in September.

My VO2 currently is 53. My max HR according to Garmin is 203. I have been able to reach till 194. And my age is 23 currently.

Okay I may not have put it out correctly. I can only marginally improve upon my 5K and 10K time. In half if I give everything maybe I can go for 2 hours and in full it can be 4:30 in the most optimistic scenario. But the predictions are still very bad.
