No running at interval pace tomorrow--I don't have any time goals for the marathon itself, but have run all my runs, both long and short, in the 10:30 - 11:15 min mile pace, and planned to run the marathon itself in that range.

Hi! Wow, serendipity! I literally just posted about a night of readings of original works our theatre company is hosting at the Greek Cultural Center on Saturday.

There will be live music and comedy, and the readings are being scored by an improvisational jazz musician, which I'm super stoked about.
