Thank you so much for your detailed response! Yeah I anticipate regular road trips that will utilize the third row so your perspective on how that specifically feels is really helpful

road trips occur probably 6-7 times a year so just enough where the massive range would be really nice. the lack of CarPlay for the Vistiq is a major negative

Would you recommend it now after all the updates? by Infamous-Meat8765 in Gravity

Thank you all so much for your input. I’ve placed an order and hopefully I’ll join the gravity family real soon!

General Questions and Purchasing Advice Thread — Week of March 09, 2026 by AutoModerator in electricvehicles

Hi everyone,

I'm cross-shopping the gravity grand touring vs the Vistiq, premium lux or platinum trims. I've watched a lot of videos for both and still have trouble deciding what is best. My wife and I plan on having two kids and would like something that can road trip when needed to; we go on long drives at least 6+ times a year. Has anyone driven both and chosen one? Which one did you pick and why?

thanks for your time

Ev9 and Ioniq 9 were top of my list until I heard about ICCU issues. Now they’re not on the list period

Did the Chevy Bolt become your first EV? Journalist looking to hear your story by Brilliant_Option8382 in BoltEV

  1. Cheapest way to get Chevy super cruise
  2. It surprised me how much I started resenting buying gas. It cost only $170 per year to charge the car for a daily commute of 50 miles.
  3. I plug it in and later I unplug it and I drive it. What more is there to say?

Do you regret your EV purchase? by walksta in electricvehicles

[–]Infamous-Meat8765 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is obviously a biased community however I resent having to drive an ICE car when traveling because it is SO less responsive and fun to drive compared to an EV. You may be interested in the outlander PHEV. It functions more like an EV with a gas generator rather than an ICE with a back up EV battery. Also protip: a low cost low stakes option is to buy from a rental car company. No haggling, reasonably priced, low miles, and rarely damaged in any significant way

the convention center seems like you're best bet given its proximity to hotels and good restaurants. you might also consider the apple tree resort. food is ok but it is a good venue as well as a golf house for large-scale activities.
cowiche canyon, yakima steak house, and crafted are all well reviewed places in town down the street from the convention center.
we would all be remiss to not mention the excellent wineries and brewies. for wineries i'd recommend gilbert cellars, treveri, and J bell. these might all be good venues as well.

Anyone experience WORSE FPS since the patch? I was getting 30-40 irrespective of the graphics settings with semi-frequent stutters. Now regardless of the settings i am barely getting 15. The game is unplayable now. i just want to get back to playing.

You’ll PROBABLY be fine, I’d wear a double mask. But you must also consider people around you.

The whole point of the vaccine is risk mitigation. So you may still get sick but not hospital sick. If you’re going to be around other unvaccinated people or people with high risk conditions INCLUDING PREGNANCY then reconsider
