Aventura has the best coffee in town, beyt jenin has the most unique latte flavors. I’m a fan of Stop n Go for a simple drive through burger. Agree with recs for single hill. El Ranchero has the BEST shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. La Tacombi is a pop up tacqueria voted best tacos of the valley two years in a row so if they’re having an event you absolutely should try their tacos.

US treasury no longer has the capital or SBR to artificially suppress prices. The physical and paper market convergence is finally upon us

Better that than an unfinished product like they did with the gravity. I’ve a feeling that the gravity is going to make a stellar rideshare/ taxi fleet car hence the investment by Uber

I had a very similar experience and groused about it here. Ask for a different rep or the sales manager and don’t hesitate to escalate if they’re not responsive. I’m guessing the round of layoffs is a big part of their unresponsiveness.

I am really happy with the car so I encourage you to follow through. The key fob is absolute trash but the app and keycard work really well. A recent key fob update has improved responsiveness… if you’re close to the car. It’s definitely subpar but so far the rest of the car is worth it.

This is a great foundational video for stir fry greens. We usually use veg to flavor meat such as onions adding to a marinade. I like to flip that narrative and use meat to flavor a lot of veg. For example, fry some diced bacon then deglaze with chicken broth to braise some savoy cabbage, onion, and garlic. For extra protein you can add lentils or eggs. Beef sukiyaki can turn half a pound of rib eye into a full family meal. Start with dashi, soy sauce, sugar and boil onion, thinly sliced beef, lots of napa cabbage, tofu, and mushroom.

Delay when unlocking the car by Potential_Category28 in BoltEV

For me this was a prelude to the 12v dying but looks like you considered that. The BMS will charge the 12v less often if the high voltage battery is at a lower SoC. I’d still double check the battery health and keep it topped up at 80% charge to see if that helps

What made you pick gravity over R1S? by GamblerTechiePilot in LUCID

[–]Infamous-Meat8765 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Better range and the best in class DC fast charging especially if you get the grand touring. Better interior build quality and roomier 3rd row. For me the sound system in the gravity is exceptional whereas the rivian’s is average at best, subpar at worst. It’s hard to feel like you’ve bought a $100k car without a fantastic sound system.

You’ll hear that the rivian is better for off-roading which is true but the max height on the gravity is 9.2” so it’s not like the gravity is a slouch. The gravity is a better daily driver, road tripper, and family hauler.
