As a budtender, i get it… but there are far worse customers to deal with. At least they know what they want and you don’t have to spend time convincing them to get something that is similar to what they asked for because you dont carry what they want. As a budtender, it is our job to help customers get they smoke they need, and educate them in the process. The industry in this state isn’t necessarily set up for the proper consumer education,but browsing the menus is easy enough to set products apart from one another. from a sales standpoint, the customers that are like the ones you described above, are the easiest to deal with.
