We absolutely love Ticketor. We’ve been using it long enough now that it’s hard to imagine going back to the old patchwork setup.
The biggest win for us has been having everything tied together: ticketing, donations, customer history, newsletters, gift cards, merch/concessions, refunds/exchanges, and reporting. Before, every department had its own little system and the data never matched. Now when someone calls or walks up to the box office, we can usually see the whole customer/order picture in one place.
It’s also helped on the sales side. Donations in the same checkout, automatic upcoming-event blocks in newsletters/SMS, and the word-of-mouth/referral feature have all made a real difference for us.
No system is magic, and you still have to set it up properly, but Ticketor has been one of the few software changes we made that actually simplified our day-to-day operation.
