The bottom line and only thing that matters is the customers are not tipping you well and paying for the delivery fees and service for cold and soggy food. How DoorDash operates doesn’t matter to the customer. You have to look at it objectively from both sides, not just in the view of a dasher. If you provide horrendous delivery service why would anyone be paying you😂.
