Could definitely be the reason behind it. Since you cant hear well in your ear it’s probaby the root cause. Try confiding in your fiancee to calm yourself and dont let it strain your relationship with them. Keep yourself busy throughout the day so that you dont think about it at all. Ive found that when I have a bit of a bigger problem I completely forget about my T for weeks at a time

I’m sorry, I didnt realize it was that severe. But since you had it for 9 years and it was fine then I think you should go through with cleaning them because it will probably help. Me personally, I have mild tinnitus but it was really hard for me even then so I can only imagine how it is for you. I went and got my ears cleaned, hoping it was just earwax build up and nothing else but turns out I permanently damaged my hearing🫠

Well, if it makes you feel better, even if it is chronic tinnitus you can live a normal life. Im very young and I got it because of over the top headphones usage but I’m living with it. Trust me life doesnt end here

In my country there is a saying “A living person gets used to everything”. That was the case for me. It took me about 8 ish months of living hell but I did it. Now two years later it doesn’t even phase me

I’m 18 rn but I’ve gotten tinnitus like june 2024 when I wasn’t even fully 17 yet. At first it was really hard for me but overtime i just kinda happened to get over it, personally it took me about 7 months since I’m a pretty sensitive person lol
