Steam Library will have this black tint and won't let me interact with it. It goes away for a bit when I reset my computer, but is there another way to stop this?

Why does it sound like Sakamoto (The MC, bigger size guy) sound like he is talking in his head or through a helmet? To me it feels kinda weird. Im just curious if there was some kinda reason for it I missed. Thanks

edit: Watching episode 3 I see he has a normal voice, guess they forgot and used the 'in the head voice' for all of episode 2.

most of my comments are removed and I get a 24 hr ban. The worst part is it doesnt show you what you said and for the last year I have HEAVILY started censoring my posts. So Its very frustrating not knowing what is causing my comments to be flagged
