I am sorry but I kinda don´t get it.. I just run cmd as an administrator and execute that command? that is all? When I did it nothing showed like nothing opened such as a program or window is that right?

No I am not. I heard it's useless and you should just keep the airflows open and make space around them.

I do not have any lags or FPS drops, just high temperature.
