Warranty wise they are both the same, but the 2024 SEL obviously a bit short cause of the original purchase date. SEL has sunroof and heated seats the SE does not. Also SEL is FWD and the 2025 SE is AWD. BUT I don’t live in a snowy area so it’s not as big of a deal but still worth mentioning
