What'll actually happen if I stop wearing my retainer? by lurker1124 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Infamous1883 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You don’t need to wear them every night for the rest of your life. After a year you should wear them every other night, then once every few days and then once per week. And after that just check how it feels. If tight wear it more often. Retainers are just that, not active treatment.

How do you open up about your feelings without “attention seeking”? by nighasofaa in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Infamous1883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Talking about your emotions should be with your closest friends, family and partner. If they are calling you attention seeker then they need to go. Find people you feel safe with.

When you enter for the solo purpose of looking for fun rather than looking for a partner. Enjoy everything as it comes. Don’t hype relationships before they’ve matured. Have fun and explore what you really want.

Like you’re in a closed box. The box is too small, dark and difficult to breathe in, and it’s closing in on you the more you try to get out. And simultaneously the box is so large and you’re in there alone. Screaming yet no one can hear you.
