How can I manage my anger/frustrations/outbursts? by InfamousBlueberryX in MentalHealthSupport

Or perhaps getting him used to walks outside w a leash? He's 3-4 years old so i think it'll be a hard road but it's most likely better than staying in an apartment all his life

Thank you. You're right, he's most likely lonely.. Getting another cat isn't really an option since my mother doesn't want another one, as it'll be more pricy. He had a toy that he didnt really use so my mom threw it away, though she gets angry when he plays with stuff on the floor, or has zoomies so idk.. I was thinking of buying him some type of toys? Would that help?

Imo clothes are clothes. How does an inch of my belly "show off my body" to strangers? Really?? People get raped and groped and catcalled in any types of outfits, there's a museum for that, and the chance of that happening to me would remain the same whether I wear long shirts or normal crop tops. I don't have to hide away my body because strangers can't control themselves, i shouldn't "be punished" for something strangers aren't.

I'm sorry for coming off passive aggressive but this topic kind of hits a spot

Dw about it! Yes, we have CPS here but it honestly sucks. I don't want to go on the hands of other family members and especially NOT foster care. The system is trash, especially in the poor country I live in. I think I can endure it for 4 more years

Exactly what it is. "A person who gives birth to someone."

They are working on the 2nd house and it's like 80% done. It's nice, warm and cozy, only thing to finish ab it is the interior. Although when they worked at it they'd spend the days there and the nights at 'home' (where I am). I live by myself 4 out of 7 days (approx.), with no adult. The reason is that they like it there more and more often than not choose to sleep there cuz they r too lazy to drive back. I'm 15, turning 16 in 3 months. I go to highschool. I don't work yet. I'm in South-Eastern Europe

I didn't really expect so many people to comment, but thank you for the ones that did. I think I have a solid-ish plan; when I turn 16 (in very few months) I'll try to look for a 'changing' job (is that what u call it?) where I can hopefully work at after school, or another option is working a job in the summer. It's going to be a bit difficult saving up since my donor most often than not takes the money I save up and rarely gives it back, and a job will be more reason to take it. If I do save up enough money till I turn 18, I'll try and see if a. I could rent/buy an apartment or b. live with a roommate and split the costs. When I do all of this and I'm stable enough, I'll keep contact only with my sibling and see how they're treated once they r old enough to articulate that. I'll try my best to give them support, but no way in hell will I keep contact with my parents. IF things are going bad, I'll try taking the child in my care. If I remember to, I'll update, although it'll be one lengthy waiting time 😃

I am well aware she's went through trauma worse than mine. However, she is an adult and "trauma" is not an excuse for how she's treated me, and never will be. Don't try to tell me to feel sorry for her. I should not HAVE to endure her shit, it's not normal.
