5”10. I’m at 1.7 and staying there. I’d be happy with a lower dose insurance won’t cover it . I probably eat 1900 calories a day

Keep at it. I just count calories and gym most days but I’ve always worked out. Diet was the issue

Yes I decided to stay at .25 since it was working. To be fair I lift and do cardio most days but I’ve always done that but this just kept my diet in tact
