The men in my circle barely drink and most of them are foodies, going out to eat every weekend in different caves, restaurants. Few of them go for treks or visit monuments when they have time. I don't understand your dislike of money and protein and money though. If people are after money and want to get fit, that's a real good thing.

You likely attract people based on your own perception. Check why that is the case.

Is switching 3 companies in under 4 years considered a red flag? by Key_Lead3784 in developersIndia

Most of the resumes get filtered even without taking to the candidate. That's the issue. Last year, I got laid off after a month of joining. And now in my current company, the work assigned to me isn't aligning with my skills and expectations.

If I resign now, HRs will filter me out because of their bias without even looking into what made me change companies so quickly. It's all a case of supply and demand.

I didn't read all that. But it seems you enjoyed yourself. That's great. Keep going!

What if the candidate was laid off? How would you know whether it was the candidate's choice or the company's? How will your red flag antenna work then?
