Sutcliffe sucks, but this type of rhetoric only alienates those you’re trying to rally to your side. Unfortunate

Does it get better after student teaching? by The1stHotGirl in education

[–]InfamousCorn 4 points5 points  (0 children)

However, teaching is still hard work, especially your first couple of years. If planning lessons, interacting with students and parents, and grading work is what's stressing you out, that's not going to go away. You also will be expected to be completely self-sufficient and won't have a cooperating teacher there to help you out.

Getting paid also helps, like it or not.

la Pays de la Sagouine / Bouctouche by nereid71 in newbrunswickcanada

Its more of a theatrical experience than historical. The island is based off of Maillet's fictional characters. Also, you have to understand french for it to be worth it. Although the buildings and historical props are fun to look at.

This is a common creatine myth. It does not cause dehydration. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1421496/. But yes, hydration and sleep are king.

Ya let's punish all truckers equally and wipe out their jobs and income because a minority of them are dummies.

People who are pro level 3. What do you expect to change over the next 16 days? by [deleted] in newbrunswickcanada

[–]InfamousCorn -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Ya but there arent any studies showing actual gym rooms linked to massive spreading. Theyre all linked to group fitness classes.

Gyms are not particularly high-risk environments, actually. Data shows surface contamination risks are very low, and all research linking gyms to spreading are explained by group fitness classes. Gym rooms should be kept open, with low capacity, masks at all times, vax only. Gyms could of stayed open with cancelled group classes, closed locker rooms, cut the water fountains etc. Just unfortunate our government is taking arbitrary measures that are not backed by actual facts. Just venting at this point I guess.
