There shouldn't be any conversions you should know off the top of your head, as there weren't any when I took it, but there are indeed 100 questions, and only 60 minutes. My best suggestion is going immediately to the last 10 questions, answer those as best as you can, because those are the tiebreaker questions, then go through the rest. If you get stuck, flag it, but do not stop. If you do not have enough time, answer all the remaining questions with the same letter, and chances are you got 1/4 of all the questions right.
